Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including: Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plans Holiday Pay Teladoc (online care)Referral Bonus Incentive Weekly Pay 401k$3.00 shift differential Assembly Technician Details: Temp-to-Hire position$23.50 to $26.50 / hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:45pm to 04:45am)Assemble large mechanical components according to blueprints and production instructions. Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to install and secure parts. Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process. Safely lift, position, and move materials using approved equipment. Install and secure bolts, bearings, shafts, and other mechanical parts. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
Assembly Technician Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production assembly experience. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
