About the role

DC Liaison

Your responsibilities include:

Administrative support for the Distribution Center
Coordinating with other Acme departments and/or locations to resolve customer issues and/or answer questions about products
Being the main point of contact for customer service and retail stores via phone, e-mail, Teams etc.
Assist with batch upkeep/cleaning and locating items not processed in batches
Working alongside leadership in maintaining spreadsheets and data for products to ensure orders, PO's and other operations are completed in a timely manner.
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
Assist with picking/processing orders and transfers to be picked up by stores/customers.
You'll need:2+ years of warehouse experience
To be skilled in problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
Willing and able to work on powered equipment (forklifts, etc.)We'd love if you have:
Previous forklift experience
Customer service skills

Physical requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand and walk for up to 10 hours
Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Continuously climb and descend stairs safely
