We're searching for a CDL Route Manager to service an established route stretching from Hallandale all the way down to Key West — and this is much more than a driving job. Behind the wheel of a company-provided Class B CDL truck, you'll be the face of the business at every stop, building relationships, delivering top-notch customer service, and driving sales along the way. Service an established delivery route from Hallandale to Key West, ensuring every battery is delivered safely and the route is completed on time Operate a company-provided Class B CDL truck (air brakes / automatic) for local daily deliveries Upsell additional batteries at each stop to meet a weekly sales quota of 600 batteries Repeatedly lift batteries weighing throughout the day in a warehouse/route environment Valid CDL license (Class B) with previous driving experience Bilingual in English and Spanish, price sheets are provided in both languages Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills Reliable, honest, and career-minded with a growth-oriented mindset Full Time – Monday – Friday, 6:15 AM – 5:00 PM
