Job Description:
Experienced Customer Service Associate to join our rapidly growing recycling company who will be responsible for:* Calling, emailing, texting customers to schedule follow-up business.* Interacting with customers and purchasing all grades of insulated electrical and communication wires, copper, brass, aluminum and stainless steel while providing excellent customer service.* Multi tasking administrative tasks, customer service and purchasing non-ferrous metals.* Competitive Compensation package commensurate with experience.* Scrap Metal, Electric, Plumbing industry experience a plus.* Bi-lingual a plus.
