Assistant Vice President, Change Management

Overview In this Change Management role, you will shape and drive strategies that support enterprise goals and ensure successful adoption of systems and processes. You will lead cross-functional change initiatives, measure adoption, and coach teams to collaborate effectively. You will create training content, leverage digital adoption tools, and develop materials that enable users to embrace change. Compensation / Benefitsbase salary $95,000–$150,000medical benefits 401(k) eligibilitypaid time off including vacation and sick leaveparental leavediscretionary awards Responsibilities Shaping and driving change strategies aligned with enterprise goals Leading delivery of change initiatives; tracking performance and mitigating risks Coaching team members and fostering collaboration Applying data-driven insights to assess impact and guide decisions Collaborating with internal stakeholders on needs assessments and customized training Building and implementing solutions using dynamic digital adoption tools Creating process maps with Visio, Share Point Online, Power Point and videos Developing training content including e-learning, guides and quick reference cards Researching and testing new technologies to develop relevant learning materials Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with vendor support Maintaining and updating learning materials throughout lifecycles Key requirements Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of direct relevant experience Experience with digital adoption tools (e.g., Walk Me, Pendo, Userlane, Appcues); strong knowledge of Walk Me preferred Familiarity with training assets in financial services is a plus Experience with design, UX and Learning Management Systems is a plus Background in technology services and support is a plus Delivery oriented with high quality customer service standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent collaboration skills Ability to navigate shifting priorities with resilience and focus Motivation for fast-paced, complex environments and quick learning of new technologies Enthusiasm for in-office and hybrid work culturecollaborationcommunicationresilience Walk MePendo Userlane
