EH&S Manager, Battery Manufacturing—Build Safety Culture

Peak Energy is seeking an EH&S Manager to establish and grow the EHS culture across California and Denver facilities. This role focuses on building compliant programs, training, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure safety and regulatory alignment. The ideal candidate will drive audits, incidents investigations, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced battery energy storage manufacturing environment, with travel between sites as needed.
