Project Manager – High-End Residential
Location: New York City
Salary: $120K–$160K +

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an established NYC contractor specializing in luxury single-family residential construction.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors and procurement Coordinate with clients, architects and design teams Maintain exceptional quality across high-end finishes
Requirements:
