Travel Coordination Intern

Key Responsibilities: Assist in researching travel options including flights, hotels, transportation, and venues Support the coordination and booking of travel arrangements for team members and events Help build and organize detailed travel itineraries and schedules Compare pricing, availability, and logistics to identify the most efficient travel options Maintain accurate travel records, confirmations, and documentation Communicate travel details clearly to team members and stakeholders Monitor travel changes and assist with adjustments as needed Research destinations, local services, and accommodations to support planning efforts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure travel aligns with schedules and event needs
