Job Description:
The Plumber / HVAC Technician will service mixed property types, supporting the installation, repair, replacement, plumbing, and seasonal cleaning of HVAC and plumbing systems, including forced hot air equipment.
Responsibilities:
Install plumbing and HVAC systems and components.
Perform HVAC repairs and troubleshoot system issues.
Replace HVAC and plumbing equipment as needed.
Service plumbing systems across residential and commercial property types.
Complete seasonal cleaning and maintenance.
Service and maintain forced hot air systems.
Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in plumbing and HVAC service.
