Director, Institutional Giving & Strategic Partnerships

Institute on Aging is seeking a Director of Institutional Giving to lead IOA's corporate, foundation, and government fundraising efforts. You will oversee the Grants Manager, shape a growth strategy, and partner with program leaders to secure and renew major grants and corporate sponsorships. You'll work with leadership to articulate IOA's impact, develop competitive proposals, and cultivate relationships with funders.
