Design Engineering S

This is a technology-driven role. At Loopdash we build and run applications and sites for businesses, nonprofits, advocacy groups, and media outlets. We're AI forward, and agents handle a lot of our day-to-day work including QA, bug fixes, triage and drafting. We're hiring someone to own design & client accounts from start to finish and to direct those AI tools, not just use them. You'll run calls, set expectations and keep projects moving without escalating every decision. Turn client feedback into clear tasks, then push them through design, dev, QA and launch. Direct our AI agents. Spot retainer and upsell opportunities in the accounts you run. Hands-on AI experience beyond chat. 3+ years building websites or producing client-facing designs at an agency, studio or in-house team. ~ Clear, calm communication with clients, including when the news is bad. WordPress experience such as themes, plugins, hosting and dev/staging/production. Design chops in Figma.
