About the role

Job Summary: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Oversee quality staff, audits, inspections, supplier quality, and corrective action initiatives while driving continuous improvement and promoting a culture of quality across the organization.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with some flexibility to meet with off-shifts as needed
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Engineering, Quality or related field and five years of relevant work experience within the quality function is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.• At least three years of prior supervisory and/or management experience required, experience in a food safe manufacturing environment preferred.• Knowledge of molding, tooling, measuring, and manufacturing processes in the plastics industry is preferred.• Green Belt preferred, Black Belt a plus.
