Business Development Manager - Recruitment (Miami)

Discover International is currently hiring for a Business Development Manager to joinour winning Contracts team. In this role, you will grow our Contracts Life Sciences clientele. This position is Hybrid in our Miami office. Discover International work with the top Pharma, Biotech and Medical Devicecompanies. Experience in Life Science BD is a MUST, in the Contracts space. Functions of the Role: • Fully support clients and bring in new business for our contract delivery recruiters –and manage process / account. Identify New Business and perform Business Calls and Negotiate rates with clients. Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates – along with therecruiters. • Maintain relationships with candidates & clients after placing them in a new position.
