General Manager

What You’ll Be Doing: Lead day-to-day operations of a busy full-service restaurant Maintain and execute established systems, processes, and service standards Oversee sales, labor, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant financials Recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent Work closely with culinary and restaurant leadership Maintain high standards around service, hospitality, and operational execution Build relationships with guests and create a strong local following Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers on group standards

What We’re Looking For: Proven General Manager or senior restaurant management experience Strong full-service restaurant background Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor, and operations Comfortable working with a wide variety of guests and clientele Strong communication and leadership skills Someone who can follow established systems while still bringing their own leadership style
