You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation and conditioning programs that cater to the needs of our diverse community populations. Evaluate patients' health conditions through physical examinations and patient histories. Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for injury management and prevention. Educate patients and the community on injury prevention and health maintenance. Coordinate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide integrative treatment plans. Document patient care and progress, maintaining comprehensive medical records. Stay updated with advancements in the field and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
