Real Estate Service Now Developer - Consultant At Compucom Staffing, you're more than just a number. We are currently seeking a qualified Real Estate Service Now Developer - Consultant to join our client's team in Charlotte, NC.Duties and Responsibilities:Review current business requirements and occupancy-planning processes Assess existing Service Now Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) capabilities against those requirements Work with client floor plans and business scenarios Translate business requirements into technical requirements and Service Now configurations Develop representative floor-plan examples within Service Now WSDEvaluate what functionality can be migrated, what would require modification, and what may remain outside Service Now Identify integration considerations, dependencies, gaps, and potential constraints Provide a practical recommendation and roadmap for potential migration or expansion Skills and Qualifications:Strong Service Now Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) experience Practical experience with space and occupancy management Experience with workplace reservations Experience translating business requirements into Service Now technical solutions Demonstrated ability to configure/build Service Now WSD solutions AutoCAD/floor-plan proficiency Understanding of corporate real estate and workplace management processes Experience conducting technical/business POCsAbility to assess integrations and migration approaches Strong consultative and stakeholder-facing skills Benefits: The Company offers a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability plans, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays (up to 6 days annually), paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually), paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually), 401(k), FSA/HSA pre-tax benefits.
