Acquisitions Specialist – Sales Producer Eldion Pajollari Agency – State Farm Insurance Full-Time | In-Office Locations: 19053 & 19002 (Philadelphia Suburbs) The Eldion Pajollari Agency is hiring a highly driven Acquisitions Specialist to generate new business across our two suburban Philadelphia locations. This is a production-focused role built for someone who thrives on outbound activity, managing a pipeline, and closing deals. Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline Conduct needs-based conversations and present tailored coverage solutions Quote and close auto, home, renters, and life policies Track activity and production to meet and exceed sales goals Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting If not currently licensed, P&C must be obtained before Day 1Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire Full licensing support is provided Sales-dominant mindset with strong closing ability Comfortable with outbound prospecting and objection handling Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented Prior sales or insurance experience preferred Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses Uncapped earning potential Ongoing sales coaching and advancement opportunity If you are competitive, confident, and ready to grow your income through production, apply today.
