Central North Carolina - Ashboro / Sanford / Fayetteville Grow Your Career with a Brand That Opens Doors Curtis Lane Equipment is seeking an energetic, motivated Sales Representative to help expand our Bobcat equipment business in and around Asheboro and Fayetteville, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and earning based on performance.
What You'll Do:
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and in-person visits
- Promote the world-renowned Bobcat brand
- Follow up on sales opportunities and customer needs What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who naturally connects with people and isn't afraid to start a conversation. The ideal candidate is:
- Outgoing, personable, and socially confident
- Comfortable approaching new people and quickly building rapport
- Naturally engaging and able to make customers feel comfortable
- Professional, polished, and confident when representing the company in person
- Comfortable networking at customer locations, industry events, trade shows, and community events
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a personality that draws people into conversation
- Persistent without being pushy and comfortable asking for the business
- Able to develop genuine relationships with customers from a wide range of backgrounds
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by results Previous equipment knowledge is not required. We're more interested in finding someone with the right personality, work ethic, and ability to connect with customers. We can teach the equipment and the sales process.
