Provide competent nursing skills including emergency equipment usage. Maintain accurate and complete documentation in patient charts. Promote a professional environment focused on patient and family satisfaction. Follow safety protocols using two patient identifiers for verification. Individualize patient care according to specific procedures and anesthesia types. Assume responsibility for patient care priorities based on their needs. Provide patient education regarding surgical procedures and assessments. Support timely completion of patient testing and evaluate pre-admission testing orders.
