Salesforce Administrator/Developer

Overview In this role you will own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and development of Semtech's Salesforce ecosystem across multiple production orgs, communities, B2B commerce, and CX processes. You will combine hands-on admin skills with development work and leverage AI tools to automate and optimize Salesforce operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support governance, release management, and integrations with ERP/SAP. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at a multinational hardware company with a strong emphasis on scalable Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities Administer and configure multiple Salesforce orgs (security, automation, page layouts, Lightning components)Own the support ticket lifecycle from triage to sandbox-to-production releases Manage user access, provisioning, licensing, and least-privilege controls Maintain and extend B2B Commerce/eStore, quoting, and SAP/middleware integrations Apply AI tooling to Salesforce workflows, support Lightning migration, and maintain technical docs for stakeholders and audit/compliance Key requirements 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community/Experience Cloud)2+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow Builder)Experience managing multiple Salesforce orgs in multi-unit or M&A/divestiture environments Strong knowledge of Salesforce data/security models and release management Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, or ERP like SAP)Experience using AI tools to support development, data analysis, or automation Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with end-to-end ticket handling Excellent written communication for technical docs and cross-functional collaborationcross-functional collaborationanalytical thinkingproblem-solving Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
