Concrete Repair Foreman

Main Responsibilities: Lead and work alongside crews performing architectural concrete patching, precast repairs, caulking, grinding, surface preparation, and related restoration work. Assign daily tasks and maintain crew productivity. Inspect repairs and ensure high-quality color, texture, finish, joint appearance, and jobsite cleanliness. Prevent damage and staining around repair areas. Identify defective work and make sure corrections are completed promptly. Track employee hours, daily production, materials, and completed repair locations. Submit clear daily reports, progress updates, and before-and-after photos. Coordinate tools, materials, equipment, lifts, scaffolding, and jobsite access. Communicate professionally with company management, superintendents, and client representatives. Enforce company safety requirements and proper use of PPE.Travel to projects in Ohio, Texas, Kentucky, Georgia, and other states as required.

Requirements: Experience with architectural concrete repair, precast patching, caulking, restoration, or similar commercial construction work. Previous experience leading a construction crew. Ability to perform repairs personally and train less-experienced employees. Strong attention to finish quality and detail. Ability to organize workers, materials, tools, and daily priorities. Ability to use smartphones for reports, time tracking, communication, and jobsite photos. Comfortable working from aerial lifts, scaffolds, swing stages, and elevated areas. Availability for frequent travel and extended stays away from home. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Dependable, professional, safety-conscious, and able to communicate problems immediately. Compensation $26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability.
