Business Development Representative - SaaS | USA (remote) | Uncapped OTEWe're hiring a Business Development Representative to join a high-growth, venture-backed B2B software company expanding its commercial team in the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business at a pivotal stage and own the top-of-funnel function with open territory and real autonomy.
The role:
- Lead outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across cold calling, email and LinkedInBook high-quality discovery meetings with founders and operators
- Run discovery calls based on company's ICPQualify with precision and make clean handoffs to Account Executives
- Keep CRM accurate and share market insights with Growth, Marketing and Product
- Represent the business at industry events
What We're looking for~1–5 years in outbound sales or BDR roles~ Documented, sustained quota attainment month over month - not a single standout quarter~ Confident running a multi-channel outbound motion (cold calls, email sequencing, LinkedIn)~ B2B SMB sales experience~ Software or technology sales background~ A self-starter streak - building your own process, sharing what works with the team, or mentoring newer reps~ Interest in F&B or consumer goods is a plus
Compensation~$60,000–$75,000 base~ OTE uncapped~ Health insurance~ Remote working model#Business
