Senior CPACE Origination Lead – Remote

Bayview Asset Management, LLC is seeking a VP of CPACE Origination to source, structure and close CPACE financing opportunities over $10 million for new construction and retroactive financings. You’ll build a broad network of borrowers, developers and lenders nationwide and manage the end-to-end origination process. The role emphasizes sourcing substantial CPACE volumes, maintaining a strong pipeline and collaborating with multiple Bayview teams to ensure credit-grade transactions.
