Job Description
Shift: 1st or 2ndPosition: Repacker
Days: Monday - Friday (requires weekend availability)
Hours:
6:00am to 2:30pm or 2:00pm to 10:30pmPayrate: starting at $17/hr + shift diffPOSITION SUMMARYThe Repackaging team member reports to the Warehouse Supervisor on their shift and is based out of our Hendersonville, North Carolina location. This individual will be responsible for operating the assembly conveyor belt associated with the line the employee has been assigned to in an efficient manner. Employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail through many changes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include:
- Remove the boxes with bottles from the pallets and place onto assembly conveyor belt
- Monitor the flow of boxed bottles on assembly conveyor belt and place bottles to assigned boxes
- Seal pallet of boxed bottles with wrapping material
- Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Lead for tasks and assignments
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Available to work some weekends and overtime when assigned and approved by management
- Awareness and adherence to all safety requirements
- Strict adherence to all lock-out tag-out requirements
- Perform other related duties as required and assignedEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMinimum Required Qualifications
- Three months manufacturing experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the food/beverage industry
- Previous experience in Manufacturing or production environment
