Machine Operator

Responsibilities: Operate production machines according to standard procedures. Perform routine quality checks using calipers, gauges, and micrometers. Conduct minor preventative maintenance, such as lubrication and fluid checks. Monitor production to meet specifications and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical instructions.

Essential Skills: Experience in machine operation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Proficiency with calipers, gauges, and micrometers. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing setting. Flexibility to operate various types of machinery.

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Delano, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
