Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities: Partner with the founder to define annual priorities, shape operating plans, and drive progress against firm-wide goals. Direct the daily activities of deal execution, marketing, and operational teams to keep business performance aligned with strategic objectives. Act as the primary decision-making resource for routine internal issues and cross-functional matters requiring escalation. Provide leadership with regular insight into company performance, active opportunities, operational risks, and resource needs. Oversee the full sell-side engagement lifecycle, ensuring teams are equipped to support clients from initial onboarding through transaction close. Coordinate staffing, analyst support, and team bandwidth so client engagements remain on track and service levels stay strong. Establish consistent workflows, documentation standards, and handoff practices to improve quality and efficiency across engagements. Reinforce expectations for timelines, CRM discipline, and client communication standards throughout the organization. Guide core business operations including finance, people management, systems, and process improvement to support sustainable expansion.
