Car Rental Agent

What You’ll Do: Pierre Budget Car Rental Agents are responsible for all aspects of the rental experience! Light duty detailing of vehicles upon return and computer work to create and close contracts. You will be responsible for renting our cars and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters. This includes: Processing contracts, Listening to and identifying customer needs, Effectively adding our offerings and services to enhance their travel experience while providing excellent customer service. Be a vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Plan fleet usage throughout shift to maximize customer satisfaction and counter sales We will supply you with the necessary training to reach your full potential. What We’re Looking For: Effective verbal communication skills Valid Driver’s License Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)Professional, engaging personality Flexibility to work all shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
