UI UX Designer

Overview In this role you will shape user experiences for large-scale digital products within a cross-functional team. You’ll lead design activities, from research to prototyping, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. Compensation / Benefits Medical, dental, vision 401kTerm life Disability insuranceFSAWork-visa sponsorship Responsibilities Plan and lead design efforts for large-scale digital products and platforms Develop experience architecture, interaction/product design, and service design Conduct rapid prototyping, content design, and accessibility-driven work Lead experience design, strategy, and research for complex enterprise systems Translate user research and business needs into personas, journey maps, IA, wireframes, and prototypes Collaborate with senior project teams, SMEs, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align UX with delivery plans Leverage AI capabilities to enhance user experiences and outcomes Key requirements Eight or more years of design and research experience for large-scale digital products Three or more years leading experience design, strategy, service design, and measurement for complex systems Experience translating research and business requirements into design artifacts (personas, journey maps, IA, wireframes, prototypes)Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills Ability to work across business and technical teams and build alignment in complex projects Experience in AI-enabled solution design and leveraging AI in UXcollaborationfacilitationstakeholder-managementexperience architectureinteraction/product designservice design
