Responsibilities:
Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases for Accela platform componentsPerform root cause analysis, track software defects, and validate bug fixesCollaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve functionality and usabilityContribute to technical specifications to ensure clarity and testabilityEnhance QA processes, documentation, and test case librariesParticipate in testing both preproduction and production environmentsMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of QA experience specific to Accela Automation and related workflows 3+ years of experience supporting Accela QA efforts for a city, state, or transportation agencyFamiliarity with Accela scripting, configuration, workflows, and integrationsStrong analytical and documentation skills in defect tracking and resolution
