Lead Converting Process Engineer

Dart Container is seeking a highly technical engineer to optimize paper converting and manufacturing processes across multiple facilities. You will lead major improvement projects, analyze data, develop SOPs, and mentor junior engineers, with travel to Mason, MI and other locations as needed. Strong background in converting, packaging, plastics, or related continuous manufacturing environments is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
