Luxury Reservations Manager — Elevate the Guest Experience

Elysée New York, a Crescent Hotels & Resorts managed luxury boutique in Midtown Manhattan, seeks a Reservations Manager to oversee all reservations operations and booking integrity. You will collaborate with Revenue Management and Front Office to optimize occupancy and rates while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead a reservations team, ensure high standards, and maintain training and quality documentation.
