Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional MSL team, establishing clear expectations around scientific excellence, compliance, and performance. Translate medical strategy into effective field execution, ensuring consistent and high-quality scientific engagement across assigned territories. Oversee territory planning, stakeholder prioritization, and deployment of field medical resources to maximize impact. Scientific Engagement: Ensure timely collection, synthesis, and communication of actionable insights from the field to inform clinical development and educational planning. Maintain awareness of emerging scientific evidence, changes in the treatment landscape, and competitive developments in CNS. Support regional and national medical education initiatives, advisory boards, and scientific congresses. Collaboration and Growth: Partner with Clinical Development, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to align field activities with organizational priorities. Contribute to Medical Affairs processes, training programs, and performance metrics. Support strategic growth of neuroscience and mental health programs.
