Master Scheduler

Responsibilities: The Master Scheduling is responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule to meet customer demand, optimize capacity, and ensure on-time delivery. Reporting to the Manager of Global Planning, collaborates with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and engineering to align production plans with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Master Schedule Ownership: Develop, maintain, and communicate the master production schedule across all product lines and factories. Ensure alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets. Capacity & Resource Planning: Analyze capacity constraints, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet delivery commitments. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales operations, procurement, and engineering to resolve scheduling conflicts align configurations and support new product introductions. Performance Monitoring: Track schedule performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools. Communicate status and risks to leadership. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for scheduling efficiency, leveraging analytics and ERP/MRP systems.

Experience: 8+ years in production planning or scheduling, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced scheduling tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards. Why Join Onto Innovation? Base Salary Range: $76,000.00 - $114,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications. Additional Rewards: Annual bonus opportunities and potential long-term incentives tied to both company and individual success.
