About the role

* No C2C ** W-2 Only ** USC or GC Holder ** 7-Month Contract ** 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. *We are hiring a Senior Electrical Designer/Design Lead – Revit to lead complex electrical design packages for advanced facilities, including semiconductor, industrial manufacturing, life-science, mission-critical, and data-center projects.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical power-distribution, lighting, and grounding design
  • Develop coordinated construction documents using Revit and AutoCADPlan design execution to meet project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, process, controls, structural, and architectural teams
  • Review deliverables for technical quality, constructability, and consistency
  • Resolve multidisciplinary design and BIM coordination conflicts
  • Provide construction-administration support, including submittals, RFIs, and field-design issues
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, and construction teams
  • Develop staffing plans and support workload forecasting
  • Mentor junior designers and improve design workflows and standards
  • Support proposals, estimates, and project-planning activities
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of relevant electrical design experience
  • Advanced Revit proficiency
  • Experience with 3D modeling and drafting platforms
  • Strong construction-administration experienceExperience leading complex electrical design scopes
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design packages with limited oversight
  • Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills
Preferred qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Design Technology, or a related discipline
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
  • Experience with semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life-science, mission-critical, or data-center facilitiesBIM execution and model-coordination experienceExperience leading design teams and improving project delivery
