Role Description:
The Analyst role is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. On a day-to-day basis, the Analyst will collect and organize data from various sources, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and prepare clear reports and dashboards for leadership. The role includes identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting forecasting and planning, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency and business performance. The Analyst will collaborate virtually with internal stakeholders to refine requirements, validate findings, and ensure recommendations are practical and actionable. This position requires consistent documentation of methods and results, as well as adherence to confidentiality and data quality standards.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly. Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; experience with BI tools or basic databases is an advantage).Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time setting. Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting, presentations, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Attention to detail and accuracy when collecting, validating, and documenting data. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain accountability in a remote environment. Relevant education in business, economics, statistics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in a general business, operations, or finance support role is beneficial; familiarity with United States business context is a plus.
