Information Operations Specialist

Ensuring the stability and efficient operation of information systems, the full-time remote Information Operations Specialist will monitor, maintain, and optimize networking systems, while providing support for LAN and WAN issues and managing network equipment. Key responsibilities:Manage routers, switches, VLANs, and security systems to ensure reliable connectivity and optimal performance Provide remote and on-site support for escalated issues, troubleshooting network problems effectively Create and maintain documentation related to network configuration and performance statisticsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-4 years of experience with firewall systems, routers, switches, and networking protocols Knowledge of design, implementation, and maintenance of network solutions and systems Experience with tools such as SolarWinds Orion, AWS, and Microsoft Active Directory Ability to conduct research into systems issues and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
