Project Manager – Data Center Projects

Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of construction project management experience 3+ years of data center or mission-critical construction experience Experience delivering $20M+ projects on fast-track schedules Strong knowledge of MEP systems, critical power, and cooling infrastructure Experience with BMS/EPMS systems Knowledge of redundancy topologies including N, N+1, 2N, and 2N+1 Proven commissioning experience across L1-L5 Experience with Integrated Systems Testing (IST) Proficiency with Procore, P6, or MS Project Experience with cost management, forecasting, change control, RFIs, and change orders Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Desired Skills & Experience: Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier concepts Working knowledge of TIA-942 resiliency standards Working knowledge of ASHRAE TC 9.9 guidelines Experience with phased turnover and live data center environments Experience coordinating OEMs, commissioning providers, BMS/EPMS integrators, and client operations PMP, CCM, or equivalent credential Experience with long-lead equipment including switchgear, UPS, generators, chillers, and CRAH/CRAC systems
