Lead Legal Counsel: HELOC & Regulatory Strategy (Remote)

Upstart is seeking a Lead Legal Counsel, HELOC, to serve as the primary legal partner for our Home Equity Line of Credit product. You’ll work cross-functionally to provide strategic guidance through the product lifecycle and help the business launch and scale home lending solutions while managing regulatory risk. This role reports to the Product & Regulatory Legal team and offers remote flexibility across the U.S., with collaboration across regulators, bank partners, and internal teams.
