Job Description: E-Commerce Quality Specialist For Licking-Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.

Store hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pmA SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL….Sort incoming merchandise to determine suitability for online sale. Inspect merchandise for quality, condition, authenticity, completeness, and functionality. Test and verify that electronics have necessary accessories. Identify shipping method. Prepare and maintain pre-shipment areas. Research unfamiliar products to ensure accurate identification and categorization. Determine the appropriate online listing category Remove damaged, counterfeit, incomplete, or unsuitable merchandise from the online sales process. Maintain consistent quality standards to reduce customer returns and improve customer satisfaction. Ability to control inventory Confirm that merchandise matches the customer order before shipment. Help maintain shipping supplies and keep the shipping area clean and organized.

Frequently standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders. Packing & shipping experience preferred. Employers conduct pre-employment drug screens, which include THC and a background check.
