Service Writer

Job Title

Serves as the primary point of contact for the shop, handling administrative support duties, responding to calls, distributing mail and packages, document imaging of licensing, certifications, and inspections, etc. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the shop staff, peers, customers, and management Performs other duties as assigned
