Registered NurseOur employee family is seeking a Registered Nurse for a temporary assignment at Heartland Country Village, located in Black Earth, Wisconsin, right next to the Shoe Box on US Highway 14; with free parking on site, 40 minutes from Madison, Wisconsin, and within walking distance of great lunch-break restaurants, wants to talk to you and discuss this career opportunity. Enjoy a slower pace and smaller resident: staff ratios--giving you that little extra time to care, create, and enjoy your time with our residents. This full-time, hands-on leader, who supervises the on site CNAs on your shift, supporting this skilled and long-term care location. This employee family offers care for 25 residents and patients who rely on us for life enrichment and quality of care. We use EHR-Point Click Care Routine, fixed schedule (12 hour shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient well-being
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and treatmentsEEO and Veteran Employer
