Nanny needed for one preschool child in flexible weekday schedule

Hi neighbors! We’re Nick and Diane in West Carmel, and we’re looking for a nanny for our 3½-year-old daughter, Bailey. Our wonderful nanny of three years is moving on to a bigger role, so we’re hoping to find another great fit! Bailey loves books, pretend play, and outdoor adventures. We have a fun play space at home and encourage outings to nearby parks and the library. Mom works from home, and Dad works in an office. We offer 40 guaranteed paid hours per week, with some flexibility around the schedule since Bailey attends preschool two days a week. We’re likely looking for a start toward the end of the year as we coordinate our current nanny’s transition.
