Tech Talent Recruiter for Fast-Growth Engineering

Evlo AI is seeking a technically savvy recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our fast-growing product and engineering teams. You will manage 8-12 concurrent technical roles, partner with engineering and product leaders to define scope and interview loops, and build strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. You will ensure a fast, human candidate experience, coordinate interview operations in our ATS, and report weekly on funnel metrics to talent leadership.
