Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRNJoin Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider serving Assisted Living Facilities and home visits. We're looking for a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric therapy that helps residents maintain independence and age in place. Home visit | Holiday, FL 34690 and 34691 area.
Pay: $65 per treatment (4-unit visit).

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care

- Complete accurate, timely documentation
Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Florida PTA license Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required)PRN therapists work on an as-needed basis, choosing the assignments they want to accept.
