This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives on driving sales, coaching leaders, and expanding community presence while delivering an outstanding member experience. What You'll Own Lead regional sales, service, lending, and growth performance Coach and develop Financial Center Managers to achieve results Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and execution Strengthen relationships with businesses, community partners, and local organizations Execute strategic initiatives that drive market growth and member loyalty
