Overview In this role within Verizon Business Group, you drive large-scale transformation programs that reshape processes, policies, and ways of working to boost revenue, efficiency, and customer experience. You will work with cross-functional leadership to plan, execute, and measure results that meet financial targets. You’ll apply Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and analytics to turn data into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
