About the role
Delivering business-critical insights through analysis and visualization, the full-time Senior Data Analytics Engineer will support multiple departments by producing dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and recurring performance reports in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze key business processes and KPIs to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Power BI or Tableau for monitoring KPIs
Automate reporting workflows using SQL and Python, ensuring data validation and troubleshooting with data engineers
Required qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, or business intelligence
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development
Advanced skills in Excel, Python, and SQL for data analysis
Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot reporting is a plus
