About the role

Menska Ltd in the Gulf region is seeking an experienced VIP & Passenger Charter Broker to join its growing commercial team. This hands-on role covers the full charter cycle, from enquiry and aircraft sourcing to negotiation, booking and trip completion. You will develop VIP and private charter clients, source suitable aircraft, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and maintain high-touch relationships across the operator market while supporting live trips and last-minute requests.
