Product Configuration & Data Management Specialist

Responsibilities: Manage and maintain engineering attributes and configuration data within PLM systems. Create, maintain and modify product structures for standard and plant-specific configurations. Manage logical features, feature rules, design variants, configuration options and customer requirement mappings. Ensure compliance with export control requirements related to Nuclear/Defence configuration management. Create and maintain document catalogues, templates, structures, acronyms and engineering requirements. Manage PLM tool access, user groups, forms, workflows and automation. Monitor configuration changes and ensure data accuracy, consistency and traceability. Prepare weekly project and delivery performance reports covering planned vs. actual, backlog, throughput, quality and defect trends. Track daily task progress, deliverables, schedules and workflow status. Mandatory Skills Experience in Product Structuring and Configuration Data Management. Knowledge of PLM systems and engineering data management. Experience with Nuclear/Defence export control requirements. Understanding of product configuration, design variants and engineering change management. Experience managing product structures across multiple product lines. Strong data management, reporting and documentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience in Nuclear, Defence or Aerospace industries. Knowledge of PLM workflows, forms, access management and automation. Experience with configuration management standards and compliance. Knowledge of project tracking, KPI reporting and data analytics
