Director, Information Technology

What You’ll Do: Oversee technology operations, including server and physical infrastructure, network and security operations, helpdesk and desktop support, data storage, and disaster recoveryIdentify and eliminate security vulnerabilities with testing and strategic solution that increase data securityMaintain IT policies and systems to support corporate strategiesEfficiently manage purchasing of cost-effective technology equipment and software solutionsEnsure appropriate, up-to-date, and efficient functionality of equipment and softwareProvide effective leadership through management of relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWhat skills and experience you’ll need: Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience as an IT Director or similar roleExperience implementing high-level IT strategy within the energy industry highly preferred A knack for research and staying up to date on current IT trends, developments, and computer security best practicesSound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etcExperience in IT budget oversight or managementAbility to handle and protect sensitive information in a confidential and professional mannerTop-tier communication skills, especially when translating highly technical concepts into simple terms throughout the organizationThe ability to lead, coach, and mentor othersBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldCurrent understanding of NIST-CSF and NERC CIP requirementsThe willingness to travel as needed (approximately 10%)Eagle Creek RE Management, LLC is an equal opportunity employer
